This form allows you to list basic information about your ceremony,
wedding party, use of services such as photographers and florists and is
where you indicated whether or not you'll be needing the services of an
organist. It must be completed and in the chapel office no later than 90
days prior to the ceremony. Only use this form if your wedding is already
booked in Robert Carr Chapel.
This packet includes the policies and procedures for weddings in Robert
Carr Chapel. The contract is attached at the back and must be received with
the chapel fee 30 days after your initial booking.
Please note: you cannot fill out the contract form until you have already
booked your wedding through the chapel office.
For use by TCU departments and student organizations wishing to use Robert Carr Chapel. There is no fee for internal groups hosting worship, ceremonies or other special events in the chapel. All events must be open to the entire TCU community.
